Please keep an eye out for an email from us, seeking to confirm your address, followed by another email with the subject line “Welcome to Greener Bay Compost!”

With your first bucket you receive from us, you will receive a paper copy of our List of Acceptable and Not Acceptable Materials for Inclusion in Our Compost Buckets (inside your bucket), as well as a free, 1-cup sample bag of our 1/4″ screened, premium compost, made from food scraps and organics just like yours.

Please note: All buckets you receive from us will come with lids atop them and contain BPI-certified compostable bucket liners, at the bottom of which you will find 32 ounces of wood shavings (to help absorb moisture and control odor).

Attached to a welcome email you should receive from us shortly, you will find a Welcome Letter, a digital/PDF copy of our List of Acceptable and Not Acceptable Materials, and a Contamination Prevention Flyer, to help you remember to remove stickers, rubber bands, twist ties, etc. from fresh produce prior to placing it inside of your Greener Bay Compost buckets.

While you are waiting for your first bucket, we highly recommend you visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page, if you haven’t done so already, to find answers to common questions we are asked about us and our services. You may also want to familiarize yourself with our Rewards Programs, including our Waste Reduction Rewards Program, which rewards our Residential subscribers with bags of our 1/4″ screened, premium compost, based on how many pounds of acceptable organics they provide to us.

If have questions or concerns, or are unsure about anything, please do not hesitate to Contact Us using any of the contact methods at www.GBCompost.com/Contact. We are always here to help!
