A couple important things before we get started:

If you need to update/change the card number, expiration date, and/or CVC code associated with the credit or debit card you’ve used to sign up for our services or view a copy of any invoices/receipts associated with your subscription(s), you can do so by visiting our Manage My Subscription page at: www.GBCompost.com/Manage-My-Subscription.

Please note that to cancel or change your services with us, you must manually contact us at www.GBCompost.com/Contact.

If you use our Manage My Subscription page, you will need to enter the email you signed up with and will then receive an email from gbcompost@gmail.com, which will provide you with a security code that you must enter to access your subscription information. When you enter the code, you will be taken to a subscription self-management page where you can make any or all of the updates/changes as described above.

Regarding next steps:

When and how you will receive your first compost bucket(s) from us depends on when your payment was received by us and whether you’ve signed up for our Resident Compost Pickup or Drop-Off plan.

Assuming you’ve signed up for our Residential Compost Pickup Plan:

If your payment was received by no later than 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on the day prior to our next scheduled Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day, you can expect to receive your first compost bucket(s) on our next scheduled Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day.

If you’ve missed the above deadline, you can expect to receive your first compost bucket(s) on the Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day following our next scheduled Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day.

Assuming you’ve signed up for our Residential Compost Drop-Off Plan:

You can expect an email from us, shortly after we’ve received payment from you, to coordinate your initial compost bucket pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: All initial Bucket Pickups and Bucket Swaps/Compost Pickups for our Residential Compost Drop-Off Service subscribers are performed at a well-lit, public location in west Green Bay, chosen by Greener Bay Compost.


Some final comments:

With the first bucket you receive from us, you will receive a free sample bag of our finely sifted, premium compost, made from food waste just like yours, and all buckets you receive from us will come with lids atop them and contain certified 100% compostable bucket liners, with about 32 ounces of wood shavings inside of them (to help absorb moisture and control odor). You will also be emailed a Digital Welcome Packet, which will include a Welcome Letter, a copy of our list of Acceptable and Not Acceptable Materials, and our Contamination Prevention Flyer, to help you remember to remove stickers, rubber bands, twist ties, etc. from produce as soon as you get it home.
