IMPORTANT / PLEASE READ
This form is only to be completed by existing subscribers to our Residential Compost Pickup Service, who have either already missed a regularly-scheduled Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup, or expect to miss one in the future, and who need to make arrangements with us for a Make-Up or Early/Late Swap, or who would simply like us to Skip a regularly-scheduled Swap, with no need for a Make-Up/Early/Late Swap.
Make-Up Swaps carry a charge of $15.00 per Swap, while Early/Late Swaps and Skips are FREE OF CHARGE.
De Pere residents: Please note that the City of De Pere will *NOT* reimburse you for any portion of any charges related to Make-Up Swaps.
Should you request a Make-Up Swap, we will email you an invoice for $15.00 for your review and payment. Please note that no new, clean bucket will be made available to you, and no arrangements for your requested Swap will be made with you, until said invoice is paid.
Upon our receipt of payment for a Make-Up Swap, or upon our receipt of a request for an Early/Late Swap, we will contact you to make arrangements for you to perform your requested Swap, as well as text message you, when possible, a photo of your new, clean bucket ready for you and the address you will be performing your Swap at.
All Make-Up and Early/Late Swaps will be performed by subscribers, self-service style, at a location in west Green Bay, which lies in the approximate center of our Greater Green Bay service area and is under 24-hour video surveillance for your safety/security.
Please allow us, at minimum, 24 hours, to process any Make-Up or Early/Late Swap requests and please note that while we cannot guarantee that same-day Swap requests will be honored, we will do our best to facilitate such Swaps whenever possible.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that a new, clean bucket will be available for you on any particular date or at any particular time, until after we have processed your Make-Up/Early/Late Swap request, received any necessary payment, and contacted you to make arrangements for your requested Swap. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
PLEASE NOTE: If, after we make arrangements with you for a Make-Up Swap (or Early/Late Swap) to be performed by you on a date agreed upon by both you and Greener Bay Compost, you fail to perform your Swap on said date and do not contact us before the end of said date to reschedule your requested Swap, your Swap will be canceled (meaning, a new, clean bucket will no longer be available to you, until your next, regularly-scheduled Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day) and you will not be eligible for a refund, prorated or otherwise, of any amount you may have paid for a Make-Up Swap.
