A couple important things before we get started:
|If you need to update/change the card number, expiration date, and/or CVC code associated with the credit or debit card you’ve used to sign up for our services or view a copy of any invoices/receipts associated with your subscription(s), you can do so by visiting our Manage My Subscription page at: www.GBCompost.com/Manage-My-Subscription.
Please note that to cancel or change your services with us, you must manually contact us at www.GBCompost.com/Contact.
If you use our Manage My Subscription page, you will need to enter the email you signed up with and will then receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, which will provide you with a security code that you must enter to access your subscription information. When you enter the code, you will be taken to a subscription self-management page where you can make any or all of the updates/changes as described above.
Regarding next steps:
|When and how you will receive your first compost buckets from us depends on when your payment was received by us and whether you’ve already agreed with us as to the best location for us to perform your Small Business Bucket Swaps/Compost Pickups at.
Assuming we’ve already come to agreement with you as relates to where we should drop off your first compost buckets, and assuming your payment was received by no later than 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on the day prior to our next scheduled Small Business Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day (with these days always falling on Tuesdays), you can expect to receive your first compost buckets on our next scheduled Small Business Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day.
If you’ve missed the above deadline, you can expect to receive your first compost buckets on the Small Business Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day following our next scheduled Small Business Bucket Swap/Compost Pickup day.
If, for whatever reason, you happen to have signed up with us, but have yet to come to agreement with us as relates to where we should drop off your first compost buckets, we will contact you as soon as possible after we’ve received payment from you to coordinate the drop-off of your first compost buckets.
Some final comments:
All buckets you receive from us will come with lids atop them and contain compostable bucket liners, with about half a pound of sawdust, wood shavings, etc. in the bottom of each liner (to absorb moisture and help control odor). You will also find, inside your first compost bucket, a Welcome Packet, which will include a Welcome Letter and a copy of our list of Acceptable and Not Acceptable Materials.
